Mother- Toddler

Introduction The LeapStep Mother-Toddler curriculum provides a nurturing and interactive platform for mothers and their toddlers to build a strong emotional and cognitive foundation. It emphasizes the importance of early learning experiences through shared activities that promote holistic development in toddlers. With the understanding that 90% of a child’s brain development occurs by age two, this program leverages interactive, theme-based sessions to cultivate essential skills.

Play Way

Playgroup, designed for children aged 1.5 to 3 years, emphasizes play-based learning, social interaction, and motor skill development. Activities encompass art, music, sports, and basic education in a playful manner, focusing on fundamental concepts and building a strong foundation for future learning. While play-based learning remains crucial, structured activities and early literacy and numeracy skills are gradually introduced during this initial stage of early education.

Nursery

Nursery serves as the next stage in early childhood education, catering to children aged around 3 to 4 years. It encompasses a variety of activities, including art, music, sports, social skills, and basic education, with a curriculum introducing fundamental concepts such as numbers, shapes, colors, language skills, phonics, and early writing, building upon the foundation established in playgroup. This stage fosters holistic development and prepares children for more structured learning in the future.

Lower KG

Junior KG acts as a crucial transition between nursery and senior KG, typically for children aged around 4 to 5 years. It introduces more structured academics, with a focus on advanced math and literacy skills, while still nurturing social and emotional development through storytelling, group activities, and play. The curriculum builds upon concepts from nursery, enhancing knowledge in numbers, shapes, colors, language skills, phonics, and writing, fostering a well-rounded development that includes art, music, sports.

Senior KG

Senior KG marks the final year of preschool, typically for children aged around 5 to 6 years, with a curriculum focusing on reading and writing readiness, math skills, and preparing students for formal schooling. While maintaining a balance between formal and play-based learning, teachers use hands-on activities and structured lessons to facilitate the transition to primary education. Activities encompass various subjects, from art and music to science and nature, promoting socialization and a well-rounded educational experience.
