In her professional life, Akansha has excelled in diverse roles, including Senior Business Analyst at Genpact, where she received accolades for her exceptional contribution, and Associate Consultant at KPMG, Singapore. Her work has focused on corporate finance, valuations, and strategy. She has a proven track record in financial analysis, business investment, and cost-benefit analysis for IT projects.

Her last experience at Marketing & Transit India Pvt. Ltd, and S.C. Maiti & Associates, a cement trading consultancy firm allowed her to understand the cornerstones of running a successful business while learning the complexities of client and owner expectations, product/service quality and demand supply pattern.

Currently, Director at LifeCare Hospital Gorakhpur, She has played a pivotal role in hospital’s success by forming and managing various administration teams, getting required National Government Accreditations to the hospital such as the NABH and the NABL and strategically positioning the hospital in the market by empanelling the hospital with 20+ insurance companies.

Her exceptional academic background, international exposure, and professional accomplishments have shaped her into a well-rounded individual. She is keen to explore new ventures with unwavering focus, integrity, and passion.
