The curriculum has been meticulously crafted to include educational standards of both international systems and local Indian curriculum at each developmental stage. This unique curriculum represents a harmonious blend of traditional play-based methods and cutting-edge technology. The curriculum is designed to shape each child’s personality by instilling values, nurturing skills, fostering analytical thinking, enhancing knowledge acquisition and refining visual perception through the use of interactive tools.
Each monthly theme encompasses Language, Numeracy, Social-Emotional, Creative and Cognitive skills. Furthermore, our curriculum offers recommendations for storybooks to aid teachers in enhancing students moral and behavioural attributes.
LeapStep’s curriculum is designed for children aged 1.5 to 6 years, drawing inspiration from the principles of Dr. Maria Montessori’s child-centered approach rooted in sensory-motor activities and Dr. Howard Gardner’s theory of multiple intelligences.

Montessori Method

Maria Montessori’s teaching method encourages self-directed learning and independence in children through a carefully prepared environment with stimulating material, fostering critical thinking, creativity and social skills. The method promotes individualized learning where children choose their activities, work at their own pace and develop a strong sense of responsibility.

Multiple intelligence Approach

Multiple Intelligence Approach Theory is based on the importance of acknowledging and nurturing the diverse range of human intelligences and the combination of these intelligences. Howard Gardner aptly stated, “We are all so differen largely because we all have different combinations of intelligences.” Guided by this theory, every concept in our curriculum is thoughtfully represented in eight different ways, ensuring every type of learner derives benefit from the material.

Play Way Method

The Play Way Method prioritizes informal and natural teaching methods tailored to align a child’s individual interests. Our core belief is that optimal learning occurs through engaging in play activities.

Inquiry Learning Method

We aim to offer sensory-rich experiences that encourage children to explore, discover and pose questions. To foster deeper thinking, we employ open-ended questions that prompt critical exploration.
